Built for durability with high resistance to wear and fatigue under continuous operation.

Construction & Working Principle

Components:
Heavy-Duty Metallic Hubs (H / HR Type)
Manufactured from high-strength S.G. Iron. Designed for large bore sizes and high torque transmission.

Elastomeric Spider (High-Capacity Element)
Available in:
NBR (Buna-N): High damping for general applications
Polyurethane: Enhanced torque and wear resistance
Hytrel: High temperature and high torque capability

Working Principle:
Torque is transmitted through the compression of the elastomeric spider between the jaws of the hubs. The heavy-duty hub design ensures reliable torque transfer, while the elastomer absorbs shocks and accommodates misalignment for smooth and efficient operation.
